Jeremiah 32:17
Ah, Sovereign Lord, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you.
As I read this, why is it that I'm consumed by my problems? In the natural, I see enemy forces encamped all around me. I feel like I'm one of the less than 200 people in the Alamo with General Santa Ana's 5000+ soldiers ready to make mince meat out of me.
I'm reminded of the time when Elisha was completely surrounded by an army and his servant was telling him they were doomed. But Elisha said: "Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them." (2 Kings 6:16)
Elisha then prayed for God to open his servant eyes, then his servant saw "chariots of fire."
My Jehovah Makkeh, the Lord who strikes my enemies, please open my eyes so I can find assurance by seeing the legions of angels you have arrayed against my enemy. Help me see so that I may find rest even in the presence of my enemy! God I ask you to arise and scatter my enemies. In the mighty name of Jesus.

I know that the Bible says " Faith is the Substance of things Hoped for, The Evidence of things not yet Seen " If we could see it, then why would we need Faith- Like you wrote the other day- God has a bigger plan and is working behind the scenes to bring it to pass. When we are in a Hard and Dry place we wonder where are you Lord, He is there in the Boat with you and Yes he may even be asleep- now you can quote me scripture that " He never sleeps or slumbers " [not the blogger but those who post comments]-and that I have taken that scripture out of context, and maybe so, yet when he was with his disciples in the boat they feared they would perish, yet he woke-up and rebuked the storm-by the Spirit of God He Perceived their Fear- He knows the number of the hairs on you head-What if you are bald, he still cares for the littlest of details- Sometimes our responsibilitys can get caught-up with our reputations- Truly the only Reputation worth having is this one, as that this is the only Eternal One- That You Believed[Had Faith In and Truly Trusted] On The Lord Jesus Christ! How do we Learn this? By adversity thats how. Remember This that The Alamo is still in the Great State of Texas, you may lose a battle or two, thats life, but know this with the Lord you will always Win the War!
Great word. Our fear is definately that he is asleep on us but that's because we are of little faith.
I heard a message today that stresses that we obtain the gift of God through our faith. The gift is there, much like the Internet is on all the time but it is until you dial up that you can access it.
In other words, faith is our connection to the provision of God for healing, prosperity and righteousness.
