I lift up my eyes to the hills -- where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
In trouble? Look up into the hills and you will see that help is not far away.
When Joshua was fighting the Amalekites, Moses was on a hill overlooking the battle. As he prayed to the Lord for help, as long as he had his arms up Joshua prevailed. When his arms got tired Joshua's forces would begin to loose. So Aaron and Hur held up Moses' arms and finally Joshua won the battle.
In the face of utter defeat, Joshua's help wasn't far away, it was on the hills. Likewise, He is there to help you, so look up on the hills.
