Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker; for he is our God and we are the people of his pasture, the flock under his care.
He is our Jehova Rohi, our sheppard and he cares for us. He knows every one of us by name and stands watch over us to fend off the wolves.
The sheep fold is a place that is bound by a rock wall and has one entrance. It provides safety to the flock and at night, the sheppard will lay down at the entrance which is as wide as he is tall. By laying down in this way he serves as a door which the sheep will not cross.
Jesus said, "I am the door" and he not only provides us a way to safety but keeps us protected.
Knowing all the terrible things that can hurt us, aren't you glad we are under His watch?
